“We spent one night at the Hotel Mastrodattia and everything was smooth and easy. The location is wonderful and the castle and old town are all steps away. Breakfast was more than sufficient with a variety of Italian and also continental choices (cold cuts & cheese, cereals, fruit, yogurt, eggs). The room was nice with matching and stylish decor. We particularly appreciated how they made use of such an ancient space that remains both modern yet respects the history and character of the building.”

“The hotel is in the center of the Town, in a really great location. Rooms are nice and the breakfast is really good. We did not have the chance to have dinner at the restaurant but the location seems to be amazing. There are a lot of options for having dinner and lunch near to the hotel and the staff will help you in finding a nice place nearby. If you are willing to visit Celano, this is the top hotel you may find in the area. During your visit, do not miss to spend some time for visiting the Castle which is really unique.”

“My wife and I spent our wedding anniversary in this truly fantastic and lovely boutique hotel. Each one of the five rooms has its special name and its own beautiful and particular decorative style. We fell in love with our room as soon as we arrived. Giuseppe gave us a very warm welcome at the reception desk and explained that his family had just taken over the management of the hotel. Everything about our stay had in fact a strong family touch. Giuseppe's mother was the chef in charge of our delicious dinner and we were really spoiled with surprises and a "special anniversary" dessert. All the food was home made and based on local recipes. Everyone in the hotel treated us like family and went the extra mile to make us feel completely "at home", even helping us to pay the parking charge as we did not have coins in the local currency. The location of the hotel is also particularly beautiful, in the very heart of the medieval town and a few steps away from the picturesque "Piccolomini" Castle, a true gem for the whole region. We had an unforgettable experience and we could not recommend more this wonderful hotel and the new management. We wish Giuseppe and his family all the best for the success of the hotel and this entrepreneurial adventure.”
